Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Allospend app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

What Allospend Does

Allospend is a mobile application that:

• Facilitates group payments through NFC technology
• Manages shared finances and expenses
• Provides communication tools for group members
• Offers group relationship health analytics

NFC Payment Features

• Dummii Sticker Activation: Activate NFC stickers for payment sharing
• Payment Links: Create temporary payment links through NFC
• Group Payments: Organize and track group expenses
• Payment Providers: Integration with Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal

User Eligibility

Age Requirements

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
• No Minors: Use by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have legal capacity to enter agreements

Account Requirements

• Valid Information: Provide accurate and complete information
• Account Security: Maintain the security of your account
• Single Account: One account per person

User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the app for lawful purposes only
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respect other users' privacy and rights
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Not use the app for fraudulent activities

Prohibited Activities

You must not:

Payment Terms

Third-Party Payment Providers

• Provider Terms: You are subject to each payment provider's terms
• Provider Fees: Payment providers may charge fees
• Payment Processing: We facilitate but do not process payments
• Disputes: Payment disputes are handled by the payment provider

NFC Payment Features

• Tag Ownership: You are responsible for your Dummii Sticker(s)
• Payment Links: Links are temporary and expire automatically
• Security: Keep your Dummii Sticker(s) secure and private
• Unauthorized Use: Report unauthorized NFC usage immediately

Payment Obligations

• Timely Payments: Pay your share of group expenses promptly
• Accurate Information: Provide correct payment information
• Communication: Communicate payment issues with group members
• Dispute Resolution: Work with group members to resolve disputes

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• App Ownership: Allospend and its content are our property
• Trademarks: Our trademarks and logos are protected
• Software: The app software is licensed, not sold

Your Rights

• User Content: You retain rights to content you create
• License Grant: You grant us license to use your content for app functionality
• Feedback: We may use your feedback to improve the app

Termination
