Shipping & Returns Policy (NFC Stickers)

This policy applies to physical goods purchased through the Allospend app, specifically the Dummii NFC Stickers.
1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free (or as specified at checkout).
- Expedited Shipping (2 business days): $15.00.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email and notification in the Allospend app with your tracking number.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or your building manager.
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes scans are premature).
- Contact us at support@allospend.app. We will assist in tracking the item or arranging a replacement if the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Dummii Sticker.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The sticker must be unused and unactivated.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Custom-printed stickers cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your sticker arrives damaged or does not function (fails to scan/activate):
- Contact us immediately at support@allospend.app.
- Include a photo of the damage (if visible).
- We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Go to Settings > Orders in the Allospend App.
- Select the order and tap "Request Return".
- We will email you a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).
3. Sticker Activation & Warranty
- Activation: Once a sticker is activated and linked to your Allospend account, it is considered "used" and cannot be returned for a refund (unless defective).
- Limited Warranty: We warrant that the NFC chip will function for a period of 1 year from purchase under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by water, extreme heat, or physical modification/tearing of the sticker.
Allospend
