Electronic Communications Consent ("E-Sign Consent")

Effective Date: January 14, 2026

1. Consent to Electronic Delivery

By agreeing to the Allospend Terms of Service and this E-Sign Consent, you affirmatively consent to receive all communications, agreements, documents, notices, and disclosures (collectively, "Communications") from Allospend electronically.

These Communications include, but are not limited to:

• Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other agreements.
• Transaction receipts and confirmations.
• Account statements and history.
• Federal and state tax statements (we may also send paper copies as required by law).
• Customer service communications.

2. Method of Delivery

We will provide these Communications to you by:

• Posting them within the Allospend App.
• Emailing them to the primary email address listed in your Allospend profile.
• Posting them on our website.

3. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you will need:

• A mobile device running iOS 15.0 or higher, or Android 10.0 or higher.
• A valid email address.
• Current software (e.g., a PDF reader) to view documents.
• Sufficient storage space on your device to save the Communications or a printer to print them.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by contacting us at support@allospend.app.

Consequences of Withdrawal: If you withdraw your consent, we reserve the right to close your Account or restrict your access to the Service, as we are a digital-first platform and electronic communication is integral to our service delivery.

5. Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your primary email address up to date so that Allospend can communicate with you electronically. You understand and agree that if Allospend sends you an electronic Communication but you do not receive it because your email address is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic Communications, Allospend will be deemed to have provided the Communication to you.

You can update your email address at any time in the Settings section of the Allospend App.

6. Requesting Paper Copies

You can request a paper copy of any Communication by contacting us. We may charge a fee for providing paper copies (see our Fee Schedule).
