Allospend utilizes Artificial Intelligence ("AI") and Machine Learning technologies, including Generative AI features ("AI Features"), to provide enhanced services such as Relationship Analytics, automated categorization, and personalized insights.

1. No Professional Advice

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: The insights, suggestions, and content generated by our AI Features are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

• Not Financial Advice: The AI is not a financial advisor. Do not make investment or financial decisions based solely on AI outputs.
• Not Legal/Tax Advice: The AI cannot provide legal or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional for these matters.
• Relationships: Relationship insights are based on spending patterns and are not psychological or relationship counseling.

2. Accuracy and Reliability

• Potential Errors: Generative AI can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). Outcomes may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

4. Prohibited Uses of AI Features

You may not use our AI Features to:

• Generate hate speech, harassment, or infringing content.
• Attempt to "jailbreak" or reverse-engineer the AI models.
• Generate content for fraudulent purposes (e.g., creating fake receipts).
• Automate interactions in a way that creates high volume abuse of our API.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allospend is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your reliance on content generated by our AI Features.
