Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the prohibited uses of the Allospend app and related services. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using Allospend, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Prohibited Actions
You may not use Allospend to:
- Violate Laws: Engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to violating laws related to money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, consumer protection, or privacy.
- Commit Fraud: Use stolen funds, stolen credit cards, or fake identities.
- Structure Transactions: Attempt to split transactions to evade reporting thresholds (smurfing).
- Harm Others: Engage in behavior that harasses, abuses, or insults other users, or collect data on other users without their consent.
2. Prohibited Transactions
You strictly may NOT use Allospend for the following types of transactions or activities:
Illegal Items & Services
- Drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
- Stolen goods or counterfeit items.
- Illegal gambling or sports betting services.
- Prostitution or illegal adult services.
- Weapons, firearms, or ammunition.
High-Risk Financial Services
- Get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes, or Ponzi schemes.
- Unregulated investment services.
- Debt settlement or credit repair services.
Restricted Categories (Without Prior Approval)
- Charities or non-profits (must be verified).
- Prescription medications.
- Alcohol or tobacco sales.
3. Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor your use of the Service to ensure compliance with this Policy. If we believe you have violated this Policy, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Suspend or Terminate your account immediately.
- Freeze Funds associated with prohibited transactions.
- Report your activity to law enforcement or regulatory agencies (e.g., FinCEN).
- Block specific transactions.
4. Reporting Violations
If you witness a violation of this Policy, please report it to us immediately at compliance@allospend.app.
